نقش منبع خبری در اقناع افراد با تعدیل کنندگی نگرش به منبع خبری، جنسیت و عزت نفس
مقدمه: پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین نقش منبع خبری در اقناع افراد با تعدیلکنندگی عزت نفس و نگرش به منبع خبری انجام گرفته است. روش: جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر شامل کلیهی دانشجویان سال دوم و سوم مقطع کارشناسی دانشگاه تبریز بوده که در سال تحصیلی 90-89 در این دانشگاه مشغول تحصیل بودند. با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری تصادفی خوشهای چند مرحلهای چهار دانشکده انتخاب شده، سپس در هر دانشکده دو کلاس به همین روش انتخاب گردید، که در مجموع 307 نفر را تشکیل دادند. در هر کلاس ابتدا مقیاس عزت نفس روزنبرگ و پرسشنامهی نگرش سنجی مؤلف ساخته اجرا شد. سپس یکی از دو فیلم ساخته شده با آرمهای بیبیسی فارسی و 20:30 به طور تصادفی پخش شده و از شرکتکنندگان خواسته شد تا به پرسشنامه اقناع پاسخ دهند. یافتهها: نتایج آزمون خیدو نشان داد که منابع خبری در میزان اقناع با یکدیگر متفاوت هستند. همچنین میزان عزت نفس در اقناع افراد مؤثر بود به طوری که افراد با عزت نفس پایین میزان اقناع بالاتری نشان دادند. نتیجهگیری: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد افرادی که نگرش مثبت به منبع داشتند اقناع بیشتر و افرادی که نگرش منفی به منبع داشتند اقناع کمتر نشان دادند. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که میزان اقناع در دو جنس متفاوت است و زنان بیشتر از مردان اقناع میشوند.

اثرتکرار(برای خود و دیگری) بر حافظه عملی و کلامی و یادآوری واژگان تکرارشده به دو روش نگهدارنده و بسط دهنده
هدف این پژوهش مطالعه یادگیری در رابطهای متقابل، از طریق مقایسه اثر دو روش مرور «برای خود و برای دیگری» بر یادآوری آزاد واژگان مرور شده به دو روش «نگهدارنده و بسطدهنده» و بر حافظه «عملی و کلامی» میباشد. روش در این مطالعه که از نوع تجربی میباشد، تعداد 166 دانشآموز دبستانی در چهار گروه مستقل و در هشت آزمون شرکت کردند. هر گروه ، واژگان ارائه شده را به یکی از 4نوع «نگهدارنده – بسطدهنده» برای خود و برای دیگری؛ و «کلامی- عملی» برای خود و برای دیگری؛ مرور کردند. پس از مدت 48 ساعت آزمون یادآوری آزاد انجام گرفت. دادهها به روش آزمون تی و تحلیلواریانس مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. یافتهها این تحقیق نشان داد که اولا میزان یادآوری در مرور عملی و نگهدارنده در مقایسه با مرور کلامی و بسطدهنده بطور معناداری بالاتر است. ثانیا در شرایط فشار زمان، مرور بسطدهنده در مقایسه با مرور نگهدارنده کاهش معناداری در یادآوری به دنبال دارد. ثالثا میزان یادآوری در مرور بسطدهنده در شرایط «برای دیگری» در مقایسه با «برای خود» بطور معناداری بالاتر است. نتیجهگیری مرور برای دیگری با افزایش عمق پردازش، عملکرد مرور بسطدهنده بر یاآوری را افزایش میگردد. اما فشار زمان باعث کاهش اثر مرور بسطدهنده میگردد چرا که این نوع مرور نیاز به منابع ذهنی و زمان کافی دارد. مرور عملی و نگهدارنده در شرایط فشار زمانی بالاترین میزان افزایش یادآوری را همراه داشتند.

رابطه بین شیوه های فرزندپروری با نظریه ذهن در دانش آموزان پایه چهارم و پنجم ابتدایی شهر اصفهان 90-91
مقدمه: هدف از پژوهش حاضر تعیین ارتباط بین شیوههای فرزندپروری با نظریه ذهن در دانش آموزان پایه چهارم و پنجم ابتدایی بود. روش: روش پژوهش از نوع توصیفی همبستگی و جامعه آماری مشتمل بر کلیه دانش آموزان پایه چهارم و پنجم ابتدایی و مادرانشان در سال تحصیلی 91-1390 در شهر اصفهان بود. از بین این جامعه تعداد 361 دانش آموز (177 پسر و 184 دختر) به همراه مادران شان به عنوان نمونه آماری با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری تصادفی خوشهای چند مرحلهای از میان مدارس دخترانه و پسرانه نواحی ششگانه آموزش و پرورش انتخاب شد. پرسشنامه فرزندپروری (بامریند، 1972) و آزمون پیشرفته نظریه ذهن (هپی،1994) به عنوان ابزار تحقیق انتخاب شدند. دادههای حاصل با استفاده از روشهای آماری ضریب همبستگی و تحلیل رگرسیون گام به گام مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که بین شیوه فرزندپروری مستبدانه و نظریه ذهن همبستگی منفی معنادار و بین شیوه فرزندپروری مقتدرانه و نظریه ذهن ارتباط مثبت معنادار وجود دارد. همچنین سبک فرزندپروری مستبدانه و سبک فرزندپروری مقتدرانه میتوانند نظریه ذهن را در سطح (01/0 ≥P) پیش بینی کنند. البته، ارتباط معناداری بین سبک سهل گیرانه والدین و هیچ کدام از متغیرهای نظریه ذهن مشاهده نشد. نتیجه گیری: برحسب یافتههای حاصل از پژوهش میتوان گفت؛ شیوه فرزندپروری مقتدرانه به علت توجه وپاسخ گویی مناسب والدین نقش چشم گیری در رشد شناختی و جامعه پذیری افراد دارد.

رابطه ساده و چندگانه تبحرگرایی و رویکرد گرایی با اهمال کاری تحصیلی
مقدمه: نظریه اهداف پیشرفت یا جهتگیری هدف از جمله کاربردیترین دیدگاههای انگیزش پیشرفت محسوب میشود و در سالهای اخیر به خوبی توانست موضوع اهمالکاری تحصیلی را تبیین کند. در تحقیق جاری رابطه ساده و چندگانه تبحرگرایی و رویکردگرایی با اهمالکاری تحصیلی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. روش: دانشجویان دانشگاه پیامنور اهواز جامعه آماری تحقیق را تشکیل داده بودند که از بین آنها 200 نفر (100 پسر و 100دختر) به شیوه تصادفی طبقهای انتخاب شدند. به منظور جمع آوری دادهها از پرسشنامههای محقق ساخته اهداف پیشرفت (1391) و اهمالکاری تحصیلی سواری (1390) استفاده به عمل آمد. تحلیل دادهها با کمک آمار استنباطی صورت گرفت. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که بین تبحرگرایی و اهمال کاری تحصیلی همبستگی منفی و بین رویکرد گرایی و اهمالکاری تحصیلی همبستگی مثبت و معنیداری وجود دارد. نتیجهگیری: نتایج حاصل از تحلیل رگرسیون با روش گامبهگام نشان داد که تبحرگرایی و رویکردگرایی بهطور معنیداری واریانس اهمالکاری تحصیلی را پیشبینی و تبیین میکند.

برآورد مقدماتی پایایی و روایی مقیاس های افسانه پردازی شخصی و خیال پردازی جدید: مقیاسهایی برای سنجش خودمیان بینی در بزرگسالان
مقدمه: پژوهش حاضر با هدف برآورد مقدماتی پایایی و روایی مقیاسهای افسانه پردازی شخصی و خیالپردازی جدید: مقیاسهایی برای سنجش خود میان بینی در بزرگسالان انجام شده است. روش: در این مطالعه 308 دانشجوی دانشگاه پیامنور به روش نمونهگیری داوطلبانه انتخاب شدند و از پرسشنامههای افسانهپردازی شخصی و خیالپردازی (1967) برای سنجش خود میان بینی و از پرسشنامههای افسردگی بک (1970) و هیجانخواهی زاکرمن(1978) برای تعیین روایی همزمان استفاده شد. دادههای بدست آمده با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، آلفای کرونباخ، دو نیمه کردن گاتمن و تحلیل عاملی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافتهها: تحلیل دادهها نشان داد که میان افسانهپردازی شخصی با افسردگی همبستگی معکوس ومعنادار وجود دارد (01/0< P) میان افسانهپردازی شخصی با هیجانخواهی همبستگی مستقیم وجود دارد (01/0< P) ومیان خیالپردازی جدید با افسردگی و هیجانخواهی همبستگی مستقیم و معنادار وجود دارد (01/0< P) که حاکی از روایی همزمان این مقیاسها میباشد. همچنین پایایی مقیاس افسانهپردازی شخصی با استفاده از روش آلفای کرونباخ 78/0 و پایایی مقیاس خیالپردازی با استفاده از روش آلفای کرونباخ 86/0 و پایایی مقیاس خیالپردازی جدید با استفاده از روش دو نیمه کردن گاتمن 75/0 بدست آمد. با استفاده از روش تحلیل عامل برای مقیاس افسانهپردازی شخصی سه عامل و برای مقیاس خیالپردازی یازده عامل استخراج شد. نتیجهگیری: برآورد مقدماتی نشان داد که پرسشنامههای افسانهپردازی شخصی و خیالپردازی جدید به عنوان ابزارهایی پایا و معتبر برای ارزیابی خود میان بینی در میان بزرگسالان میباشند.

رابطه اضطراب اجتماعی و عواطف مثبت و منفی با دانش متقاعدسازی در مدیران
مقدمه: این پژوهش با هدف بررسی رابطه اضطراب اجتماعی و عواطف مثبت و منفی با متقاعدسازی در مدیران صورت گرفت. روش: در یک مطالعه از نوع همبستگی230 مدیر (115مرد، 115 زن) از بین مدیران شهر اردبیل به روش نمونهگیری دردسترس انتخاب شدند و پرسشنامه های آزمونهای اضطراب تعامل اجتماعی، فهرست عواطف مثبت و منفی و پرسشنامه متقاعدسازی را تکمیل نمودند. داده های بدست آمده با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون گام به گام مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که بین اضطراب اجتماعی و عواطف منفی با دانش متقاعدسازی ارتباط منفی وجود دارد درحالی که بین عواطف مثبت با دانش متقاعدسازی ارتباط مثبت معناداری وجود دارد. به علاوه این پژوهش نشان داد که عواطف مثبت به میزان 8 درصد، واریانس دانش متقاعدسازی را پیشبینی می کند.

بررسی رابطه بین حجم کار، کنترل بر کار و تعادل کارـ زندگی
مقدمه: هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطه حجم کار و کنترل بر کار با تعادل کار ـ زندگی است. روش: جامعه آماری این پژوهش، کلیه مدیران، روسا، سرپرستان، کارشناسان، کارمندان و کارگران گروه صنعتی میباشد، که نمونهای به حجم 333 نفر از آنها به صورت تصادفی طبقه ای انتخاب شده اند. ابزار به کار برده شده برای سنجش حجم کار، مقیاس 11 آیتمی کوک و روسو، برای کنترل بر کار، دو مقیاس گانستر و دوایر و جکسون و همکاران، و ابزار سنجش تعادل کار ـ زندگی مقیاس محقق ساخته، 18 آیتمی می باشد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون گام به گام استفاده شد. یافته ها: نتایج این پژوهش نشان می دهد، تعادل کار ـ زندگی همبستگی منفی معناداری با حجم کار و همبستگی مثبت معناداری با کنترل برکار دارد و نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون نشان می دهد، حجم کار(با 43/0- =β) و کنترل بر کار (با36/0=β) پیشبینی کننده معتبری برای تعادل کارـ زندگی می باشد. نتیجه گیری: به طور کلی نتایج بدست آمده در این پژوهش، می تواند بیانگر این باشد که در جامعه رو به تحول با حجم کار و تقاضای بالا، با بالا بردن کنترل بر کار می توان تأثیر حجم کار بر تعادل کار ـ زندگی و پیامدهای آن را تعدیل نمود.

رابطه تعلل ورزی (اهمال کاری) تحصیلی با باورهای فراشناختی
مقدمه: پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین رابطه بین تعلل ورزی تحصیلی با باورهای فراشناختی دانش آموزان مقطع متوسطه شهرستان آمل انجام شده است. روش: تعداد نمونه پژوهش 374 دانش آموز بودند که با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. برای جمع آوری داده ها از مقیاس های تعلل ورزی تحصیلی سولومون و راثبلوم و فراشناخت ولز و کاترایت ـ هاتون استفاده شد. برای تعیین پایایی ابزارهای پژوهش از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شد. برای تحلیل داده ها روش تی مستقل، تحلیل رگرسیون چند متغیره به شیوه گام به گام مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. یافتهها: آزمون تی مستقل نشان داد که بین دو گروه دانشآموزان دختر و پسر در تعللورزی تحصیلی تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد که تعللورزی پسران بیشتر از دختران می باشد، ولی در مقایسه باورهای فراشناختی تفاوتی مشاهده نشد. تحلیل رگرسیون چند متغیره به شیوه گام به گام مشخص کرد که در بین مؤلفه های باورهای فراشناختی، عدم اطمینان شناختی به طور قویتری تعلل ورزی تحصیلی را پیش بینی می کنند. نتیجه گیری: تفاوت میان دختران و پسران در باورهای فراشناختی معنادار نیست ولی در متغیر تعلل ورزی تحصیلی معنادار میباشد و عدم اطمینان شناختی در پیش بینی تعلل ورزی تحصیلی سهم دارد.

نقش هوش فرهنگی مدیران در توان حل تعارض کارکنان
مقدمه: هوش فرهنگی و توانایی حل تعارض به دلیل رشد تعامل بین افراد دارای فرهنگ متفاوت، یک نیاز اساسی مدیران قرن 21 محسوب میشود. هدف اصلی این تحقیق، بررسی رابطه بین هوش فرهنگی مدیران باتوانایی حل تعارض کارکنان شان درسازمان تأمین اجتماعی است. روش: این پژوهش یک تحقیق توصیفی ـ همبستگی، از نوع الگوآزمایی است که تعداد 119 مدیر و 175 نفرازکارکنان سازمان تأمین اجتماعی درسال 1391 درآن مشارکت داشتند. برای ارزیابی هوش فرهنگی از پرسشنامه هوش فرهنگی ایرانی 2011 استفاده شد وحل تعارض کارکنان توسط پرسشنامه حل تعارض سنجیده شد. یافته ها: نتایج نشان دادکه هوش فرهنگی مدیران و ابعاد سه گانه آن برتوان حل تعارض کارکنان ازلحاظ آماری تأثیر مثبت و معنادار دارد. در ضمن سطح توان حل تعارض کارکنان بالاتر از حد متوسط برآورد شد. نتایج هم چنان حاکی بود که براساس عوامل با استفاده از عوامل جمعیت شناختی ازقبیل جنسیت، فرهنگ و تحصیلات نمی توان درخصوص هوش فرهنگی مدیران و توانایی حل تعارض کارکنان اظهار نظر نمود. نتیجه گیری: براساس یافته ها می توان گفت که هوش فرهنگی یک عامل کلیدی، اثرگذار و تعیین کننده توانایی حل تعارض می باشد.

جانبی شدن، ادراک شوخطبعی و شادکامی: آیا فرآیندهای کلامی سطح بالا و هیجاناتی همچون شادکامی نیز جانبی شدهاند؟
مقدمه: جانبیشدن و تفاوت آزمودنیهای راستدست و چپدست از موضوعات مورد علاقه دانشمندان و محققان بوده است. یکی از حیطههایی که در جانبی شدن علاقه پژوهشی زیادی به خود جلب کرده، پردازش کلامی سطح بالا از جمله درک شوخی و شوخطبعی و نیز درک هیجانهای مثبتی همچون شادکامی است. هدف: بررسی تفاوت بین شوخطبعی و شادکامی در آزمودنیهای راستدست و چپ دست بود. روش: برای پی بردن به نحوه جانبی شدن (جانبی شدن با استفاده از دست برتری مورد بررسی قرار گرفت) در این دو حیطه، 384 دانشجو از دانشگاههای پیام نور، تربیت مدرس، آزاد، صدا و سیما و تهران را با استفاده از تستهای دستبرتری ادینبورگ، شادکامی آکسفورد و شوخ طبعی SHQ مورد بررسی قرار گرفته برای تحلیل دادهها از آزمون t بهره برده شد. یافتهها: تحلیل آماری و مقایسه تفاوت بین دانشجویان راستدست و چپدست نشان داد در میان دانشجویان راستدست شادکامی شیوع بالاتری دارد و در میان دانشجویان چپدست میزان شوخ طبعی بیشتر است. نتیجه گیری: بنابراین شادکامی و شوخطبعی در مغز جانبی شدهاند به نحوی که مسؤول پردازش شادکامی نیمکره چپ و مسؤول پردازش شوخطبعی نیمکره راست است.
