چکیده

مقدمه: هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطه حجم کار و کنترل بر کار با تعادل کار ـ زندگی است. روش: جامعه آماری این پژوهش، کلیه مدیران، روسا، سرپرستان، کارشناسان، کارمندان و کارگران گروه صنعتی می­باشد، که نمونه­ای به حجم 333 نفر از آن­ها به ­صورت تصادفی طبقه ­ای انتخاب شده­ اند.  ابزار به­ کار برده شده برای سنجش حجم کار، مقیاس 11 آیتمی کوک و روسو،  برای کنترل بر کار، دو مقیاس گانستر و دوایر و جکسون و همکاران، و ابزار سنجش تعادل کار ـ زندگی مقیاس محقق ساخته، 18 آیتمی می ­باشد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده­ ها از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون گام ­به­ گام استفاده شد. یافته ­ها: نتایج این پژوهش نشان می ­دهد، تعادل کار ـ زندگی همبستگی منفی معناداری با حجم کار و همبستگی مثبت معناداری با کنترل برکار دارد و نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون نشان می­ دهد، حجم کار(با 43/0- =β)  و کنترل بر کار (با36/0=β) پیش­بینی کننده معتبری برای تعادل کارـ زندگی می ­باشد. نتیجه ­گیری: به طور کلی نتایج بدست آمده در این پژوهش، می ­تواند بیانگر این باشد که در جامعه رو به تحول با حجم کار و تقاضای بالا، با بالا بردن کنترل بر کار می ­توان تأثیر حجم کار بر تعادل کار ـ زندگی و پیامدهای آن را تعدیل نمود.

چکیده [English]

Introduction: The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between the workload, job control and work-life balance among industrial company's personnel’s (n = 333). Method: Kerichmer and Kohen Model was applied to measure workload. Job control was measured by Dwyer & Guster and Jackson’s job control scales. Work-Life Balance scale with 18 items was developed by the researchers. Statistical analysis methods were correlation and stepwise regression. Findings: Results show that Work-Life Balance has a negative correlation with workload and positive correlation with job control. Regression analysis indicate workload (with β = - 0/43) and job control (with β = 0/36) could predict Work-Life Balance. Conclusion: Finally, findings of this study indicate when workload and demands are high; job control can moderates its effect on work-life balance.
