The present research was conducted with the aim of investigating the psychometric properties of the social presence questionnaire of students in a virtual way. The statistical population included all the students of Isfahan University in the academic year of 1400-1399 (16500). Based on the Cochran formula, a sample of 367 people was selected based on a multi-stage random method. The data collection tool included Yen and Tu's social presence questionnaire (2008). Pearson correlation and confirmatory factor analysis were used for data analysisThe reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed based on Cronbach's alpha for the overall scale and its dimensions. The confirmatory validity of the questionnaire was confirmed based on the opinion of psychological experts. According to the confirmatory factor analysis, the items of the social presence questionnaire had an appropriate and meaningful factor load, and the social presence consists of four factors of social context, privacy, interaction and online communication. The fit indices showed that the measurement model of the social presence questionnaire has a good fit. The social presence questionnaire by measuring the four dimensions of social context, privacy, interaction and online communication is a valid tool to determine the extent to which people have this empowering feature, and for this reason, it can easily be used by researchers and professionals in the field of psychology and social sciences.

Objective: The aim of this study was to construct a self-empathy scale based on the psychodynamic approach of Davanloo and Malan. Method: This was a descriptive correlational study with the aim of developmental psychometrics. The statistical population of this study included all students of Islamic Azad University of Tehran and Garmsar in the academic year of 1998-99. Results: The reliability coefficient of this scale was 0.89 by Cronbach's alpha method. The results of exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis of his self-empathy scale showed that with 16 items, 5 factors measure body attention, perception of feelings, introspection, anxiety, and defense mechanisms. This scale, with its coefficient of reliability and validity of structure and content, is suitable for screening people at their level of self-empathy. This research was done as the first attempt to construct a scale of self-empathy that achieved 16 items and 5 internal factors of this concept. Psychometric indices of this scale can be considered for the first attempt. This scale is currently suitable for screening and this path requires more extensive research to be able to achieve psychometric indices suitable for clinical trials.

Objective: the aim of this research was to study psychometric characteristics of masculinity and femininity factors in short form Bem`s Sex-Role Inventory with emphasis on factor analysis in Iranian population. Method: Statistical population of this research was included employed women and men in Tehran City`s state companies, administrations and organizations that About 1000 employed women and men randomly selected by multi-phases clustering sampling from statistical population. Research tool was Bem`s Sex-Role Inventory. For studying the scale`s reliability was used of Cronbach`s alpha coefficient and for studying the scale`s validity used of exploratory factor analysis and Confirmatory factor analysis. Results: Cronbach`s alpha coefficient showed that Bem`s Sex-Role Inventory has high reliability in both masculinity and femininity factors and Confirmatory factor analysis showed that model has poor fitness in determining factors in the primary form expressed by Bem, while the results of 30 items` exploratory factor analysis showed three factors, masculinity, femininity and neutral with changing in some main items. Conclusion: Results show that not only some of femininity and masculinity traits have changed under culture and governing values on Iran society, but olso importance of masculine and feminine traits are under governing culture on society.
